Ingredients
Simple angel eyes
- 350 g Flour
- 100 g Raw cane sugar
- 0,25 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 4 Egg yolks, fresh
- 250 g Butter, room temperature
- 1 small glass Strawberry jelly
Instructions
Simple angel eyes
- Put the flour, raw cane sugar and vanilla flavor in a mixing bowl / food processor. Add the egg yolks as well. Finally the room temperature butter.
- Then mix everything together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Using the end of a wooden spoon, carefully press small indentations into the dough. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with a fan oven. Then fill the whole thing with the strawberry jelly.
- Then put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Take out and let cool. Then put in a cookie jar.
