Simple angel eyes

  • 350 g Flour
  • 100 g Raw cane sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 4 Egg yolks, fresh
  • 250 g Butter, room temperature
  • 1 small glass Strawberry jelly

Instructions
 

Simple angel eyes

  • Put the flour, raw cane sugar and vanilla flavor in a mixing bowl / food processor. Add the egg yolks as well. Finally the room temperature butter.
  • Then mix everything together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Using the end of a wooden spoon, carefully press small indentations into the dough. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with a fan oven. Then fill the whole thing with the strawberry jelly.
  • Then put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Take out and let cool. Then put in a cookie jar.
