  • 350 g Flour
  • 100 g Raw cane sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 4 Egg yolks, fresh
  • 250 g Butter, room temperature
  • 1 small glass Strawberry jelly

Simple angel eyes

  1. Put the flour, raw cane sugar and vanilla flavor in a mixing bowl / food processor. Add the egg yolks as well. Finally the room temperature butter.
  2. Then mix everything together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Using the end of a wooden spoon, carefully press small indentations into the dough. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with a fan oven. Then fill the whole thing with the strawberry jelly.
  4. Then put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Take out and let cool. Then put in a cookie jar.
