Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 300 g celery
- 700 ml broth
- 1 cup rice cream (Rice Cream Cuisine)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the vegetables thoroughly, chop them, and simmer them in the broth. I set the Thermomix to 90°C for 25 minutes. Then puree the vegetables, add the rice cream to taste, and season with salt and pepper.
