Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tbsp honey
- pepper
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 small cauliflower
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Ready in just 15 minutes.
First, bring a large pot of water, lemon juice, butter, and salt to a boil. Then, divide the trimmed cauliflower into florets, add them to the pot, and cook, covered, for 10-12 minutes. Then, fry the bacon in a pan without fat. Add the honey, pepper, and chili flakes and glaze the bacon. Melt the remaining butter, fry the breadcrumbs and crushed garlic clove in it, then add the parsley and Parmesan cheese. Remove the cauliflower with a ladle and drain well. Serve with the bacon and breadcrumbs. Drizzle with a little olive oil, if desired.
