Simple cheese sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 5 small processed cheese wedges (taste doesn’t matter)
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 3 tbsp cheese, (Emmental) grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the processed cheese and heat gently, stirring until melted. Add the Parmesan and Emmental cheese and stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil, season, and the sauce is ready. This is especially quick if you have one or two dry packs of tortellini at home, or if you’re simply cooking spaghetti with it.
