Simple chicken curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 bottles of curry sauce, approx. 400 ml
  • 1 small can of pineapple (slices or pieces), approx. 225 g
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillet, dry it with a kitchen towel, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Season with curry powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Add the seasoned chicken and sear until crispy. Add the curry sauce (rinse the bottles with a little hot water and add it to the meat). Let it simmer for about five to ten minutes. Finally, add the pineapple pieces. Serve with rice.
