Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 100 ml Ketjap Manis
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup of rice
- some flour or sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
marinated with Ketjap Manis
Cut the meat and vegetables into strips. Mix the chicken strips with the ketjap manis and let stand for about 10-20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat and then the vegetables one after the other. Add water. Thicken the sauce with a little flour or use a sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the rice according to the instructions and serve.
