Simple chocolate cookies with sesame

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

For the dough, knead all the ingredients together. Form the dough into two rolls with a diameter of approximately 4 cm. Wrap the rolls in foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After two hours, unwrap the rolls, brush with egg white, and roll in sesame seeds. Cut the rolls into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 13-15 minutes. This dough yields approximately 50 cookies.
