Simple Ciabatta

  • 500 g Rose flour 405
  • 1 pack Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pizza seasoning
  • 400 ml Water warm
  • 30 ml Olive oil

  1. Mix the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt. Then add the olive oil and the warm water. Then mix in the pizza seasoning and stir the dough well with a dough hook. Then let the dough rise covered for 1 hour.

  1. Place Bach paper on a baking sheet and slightly moisten it. Then put the dough on the paper and press into shape as far as possible and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 220 ° convection. Place a casserole dish filled with water in the oven while it is preheating (not on the bottom of the oven – most ovens are not suitable for this – it is better to place it on a tray that is on the lowest setting). After preheating, bake the bread on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Casserole dish with water stays in the oven during the entire baking process. Tip: Put an ice cube in each corner of the baking sheet with bread before putting the bread in the oven.
