Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Flour for the work surface
- 1 cup cake icing as desired
- n. B. sugar pearls
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes
Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill for 2 hours. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out circles of about 4 cm. Cut out motifs if desired. Place the cookies on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet using the baking paper and let cool. Heat the cake glaze. Decorate the cookies with it and sprinkle with sugar pearls, if desired.
