Simple egg salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 gherkins
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Mix mayonnaise or salad cream with mustard. You can adjust the ratio to suit your taste and consistency. Finely dice the gherkins and eggs. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
