makes 8 rolls

Soak the seeds in boiling water. Once the seeds have cooled, combine all the ingredients to form a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 hours. Cut into 8 pieces and form square rolls, sprinkling them with a few more seeds. Bake without further treatment at 250°C (480°F) top/bottom heat, ideally on a pizza stone, for about 40 minutes. Place a small container of water on the bottom of the oven to create steam, which makes the rolls extra crispy.
