  • 2 tbsp chives (frozen) or 1 bunch fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp milk (3.5% or 1.5%)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

  • e.g. onion powder or garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

It couldn’t be easier

If using fresh herbs, chop them finely first. Place the quark in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and stir. Season to taste until desired flavor is achieved. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Delicious with grilled meat or cooked in a boiling, grilled, or oven-baked dish. Tip: If stored in the right container, it will keep for a few days. Simply carefully discard the water that will naturally form. Variation: Stir in 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Very tasty.
