Simple Omelette with Cheese and Chives
The perfect simple omelette with cheese and chives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
to fry:
- 2 tbsp Milk or cream
- 1 shot Sparkling water
- Salt pepper
- 25 g Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 1 Msp Butter
- 2 drops Oil
- Whisk all ingredients. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Distribute evenly by swiveling.
- Fry over medium to high heat for about 2 minutes, until the underside is firm and the surface is lightly bushed. Fold into a half moon and serve.
- The herbs can be varied as desired. You can also stir diced ham, pesto or chilli flakes into the egg mixture. But then leave out the cheese.
