Omelette with King Oyster Mushrooms and Mountain Cheese (pancakes)

  • 6 piece Free range eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 150 g Flour
  • Salt
  • Gourmet pepper from my KB

  • 4 Branches Freshly chopped thyme
  • 120 gr Mountain cheese
  • 150 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 15 piece Cherry tomatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix eggs with milk and flour and season with salt and pepper. Let sources
  3. Wash the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, chop and mix with the batter.

  8. Now let it set in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes
  9. Go with a lamb’s lettuce with croutons or fried champion
