Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 75 g flour (type 550)
  • 50 g flour (whole wheat)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the first five ingredients in a smooth, runny batter. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the batter in batches over medium heat until you have thin pancakes on both sides. The pancakes can be eaten hot or cold and spiced up with a variety of fillings. Tip: If desired, you can also fry fruit directly in the pan.
