Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or peanut puree
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp sesame oil, optional
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the water. Gradually add the water while stirring vigorously.
