Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ pack of dough (ready-made dumpling dough, 375g)
- 50 g tomatoes, pureed
- 30 g pineapple, tomatoes, vegetables or mushrooms, as desired
- 30 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with dumpling dough
Shape the dumpling dough like a pizza, flatten it, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly grease the baking sheet (I prefer this because it’s difficult to remove the dumpling dough from the parchment paper). Spread the dumpling dough with passata and top it as desired. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
