Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 130 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, flavor of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter and powdered sugar together for about 2 minutes. Combine the flour and pudding mix, then add them in small amounts to the butter mixture. Mix everything well. Form the dough into balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet (if desired, you can also prick the cookie dough with a fork). Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, then let them cool briefly.
