Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp butter, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs, a little more if needed
  • some herb salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of lovage powder
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

classic dumplings for any clear soup

Mix the ingredients with a fork. If the dough is too soft, add more breadcrumbs. Taste the dough and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Form the dough into dumplings and let them rest in a hot, clear soup for 10 minutes. Makes 10 dumplings.
