Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg white
- 250 g flour
- 15 cherries, candied
- 50 g cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes about 35 cookies
Whisk all ingredients, except the flour, glaze, and cherries, until fluffy. Sift in the flour and stir to form a dough that isn’t too stiff. Pipe various shapes onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. When the cookies are ready, remove them from the oven, let them cool slightly, and decorate some with the candied cherries. Dip some in the warmed glaze.
