Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Make a dough from flour, salt, oil, and water. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands; if not, add a little more flour. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Stir the sour cream until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, if desired. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into thin strips. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or baking stone. Spread with sour cream, scatter the onion on top, and sprinkle with bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at at least 200°C (top/bottom heat) for a good 20 minutes. Serve with a glass of chilled white wine.
