Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 750 g vegetables (Kaisergemüse), frozen
- e.g. lemon juice
- some oil
- 3 sausages, vegan (Wiener)
Instructions

When you need something quick and easy. Vegan.
Dice the onion and sauté it in a pan with the oil until translucent. Remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the flour, stirring constantly. Then add the vegetable broth a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add the Kaisergemüse (vegetables) and the vegan wiener sausages, cut into 1 cm thick pieces, to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the soup is nice and creamy. Season to taste with lemon juice.
