Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 baguette(s)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Salt
- 150 g pistachios
- 100 g nuts (nut mix)
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 Brie(s) of your choice
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Slice the baguette and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy. Remove the baguette and leave the oven on. Chop the pistachios and nuts. Wash the thyme and strip the leaves from the stems. Mix with the pistachios and nuts, chili flakes, and 3 tablespoons of honey. If it’s difficult to stir, add a little more oil and honey. Score the top of the Brie crosswise and place it in a baking dish. Cover with the pistachio and nut paste. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and a little honey, season with salt, and pepper. Bake in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with the baguette. Additionally: You will need a baking dish (approx. 25 x 20 x 5 cm).
