Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g rice, leftover from the previous day
- 115 g turkey breast, strips, roasted, from the previous day
- 2 thin spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- Sea salt, from the mill
- Pepper, colored, from the mill
- Fat, for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fried rice with shredded meat, spring onions and tomatoes
Heat the fat in a large frying pan over medium heat. Trim the spring onions, halve them, cut them into small rolls, and sauté them in the pan, stirring occasionally. Add the rice, mix everything well, and season to taste. Now add the finely chopped meat, fold in well, and push everything to the side of the pan. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, slice them, and briefly sauté them in the pan on both sides until translucent, then season. Arrange the tomatoes on a plate and add the rice from the pan, stirred thoroughly again.
