Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pasta (mini spirals)
- 200 ml vegetable broth, homemade
- 250 g red pepper(s), weighed after cleaning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 115 g mushrooms, brown
- 50 g black olives, pickled, from the jar
- 45 g cheese (Baptiste), 50%
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- Chili flakes, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
A pepper and mushroom pasta dish with olives and cheese from the microwave
Place the pasta in a microwave-safe bowl. Season the broth generously and pour over the pasta. Peel the bell peppers with a vegetable peeler, finely dice, and add to the bowl. Finely dice or press the garlic and add to the pasta. Slice the mushrooms and olives and add to the bowl. Finely dice the cheese and sprinkle over the contents of the bowl. Stir thoroughly with a spoon, cover, and microwave for 8 minutes at 800 watts. Stir thoroughly after 4 minutes. Plate the dish and serve. This dish is easy to make ahead and reheat later.
