- 100 g potatoes, peeled and weighed
- 130 g bratwurst (grilled sausages from the refrigerated section)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 thin spring onion(s)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Chili flakes from the mill
- Fat for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Potato, sausage and tomato pan
Heat the fat in a large skillet over medium heat. Dice the potatoes and add them to the skillet. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, and add them to the skillet. Cut the sausage into small pieces and add them to the skillet. Cut the spring onions into small rolls and add them to the skillet. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, dice them, and add them to the skillet. Stir, cover, and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season to taste and serve on a plate.
