- 150 g celery, from the tuber, prepared and weighed
- 200 g potatoes, raw, prepared, weighed

- Pepper, colorful, from the mill

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roasted celery slice with bratwurst and pan-fried fries made from raw potatoes
Cut a thick slice of celeriac and peel it. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Heat fat in two pans. In the first pan, fry the sausage and the celery slice over medium heat. In the second pan, fry the potato sticks until crispy all over. Serve on a plate. Add ketchup, if desired.
