Iceberg lettuce with creamy tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 pack of herb curd
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mom’s salad

Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary, and dice it. For the sauce, combine the herb curd, tuna, oil, and mustard until smooth. Season generously with salt and pepper. Stir in the lemon juice and season again to taste. Add the lettuce and cucumber to the sauce and mix everything well. The salad is very versatile in terms of salad ingredients. Radishes also go very well with the fish.
