Spread the bread slices with butter, top with cheese, and arrange on a small platter. Hard-boil the egg, cool, peel, and slice it; place it next to the bread. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber, arrange them in a brick-like pattern next to the bread, and season everything with the spice grinder. Peel the spring onions, halve them, and cut them into fine rolls; sprinkle them over the bread and vegetables. I drank banana juice with it.
