Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- 200 g potatoes, prepared and weighed
- 1 small apple, variety of your choice
- 2 small onions
- some milk
- Salt
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Pepper, mixed, from the mill, as desired

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Turkey mini fillet on kapü with onion and apple topping
Peel the potatoes, place them in a suitable microwave bowl and moisten them slightly. Cook in the microwave with the lid on for about 5 minutes at 800 watts. Remove the bowl, add a splash of milk, salt and nutmeg and return it to the microwave for another 2 minutes. Then mash until the desired consistency and season to taste (place the lid on the microwave until ready to serve). Heat the fat in a pan over medium heat and fry the turkey fillet on both sides. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the apple and onions. Push the meat to one side in the pan, add the onions and fry briefly. Then briefly cook the apple cubes. Remove the Kapü from the microwave and place it on a plate, with the meat next to it. Mix the onion and apple cubes in the pan and pour over the Kapü.
