Brussels sprout leaves with chicken and fried potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 700 g chicken
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 100 g ham (marbled)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts, then separate the florets into individual leaves. Cut the meat into strips. Peel and wash the potatoes. Finely dice the ham and potatoes. Fry the ham in a large pan without fat, then remove. Heat oil in the pan as needed, then fry the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Season with salt and pepper, then remove. Add the potatoes to the frying fat and fry for about 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Season with salt and pepper, add the Brussels sprout leaves, and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Mix in the ham and meat, heat through, and season with nutmeg.
