Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Russian spicy tomato sauce

Wash and clean all ingredients. Core the chili peppers. Core the apple as well. Now puree everything with a blender or hand blender. Season with salt. It always tastes great with pelmeni or on bread. It will keep for a good four weeks in jars and refrigerated.
