Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 jacket potatoes
- 3 apples, preferably Jonagold
- 6 eggs
- 6 slice(s) smoked salmon
- 6 tbsp tartar sauce
- 6 gherkins
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a different potato salad
Boil the potatoes and eggs and dice them with the peeled apples, cucumber, and salmon. Mix everything with the remoulade sauce in a bowl and let it sit overnight. If desired, you can also finely chop three onions and stir them in. Adjust seasoning if desired.
