- 450 g Skyr, natural
- ½ bunch mint, fresh
- some honey
- tbsp, heaped baking cocoa
- e.g. chocolate sprinkles
- n. B. Almond(s), ground

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely chop or tear the mint. Mix the skyr with the remaining ingredients and the finely chopped mint and refrigerate for about an hour to intensify the mint flavor.
