Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Skyr
- 20 g quinoa flakes
- 5 g chia seeds
- 5 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp blossom honey
- some cinnamon powder
- ½ pomegranate, seeds removed
- 80 g blueberries
- some hemp seeds

Mix the skyr, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, and desiccated coconut well in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of honey. Stir a pinch of cinnamon into the skyr mixture. Remove the seeds from half a pomegranate and fold them into the skyr mixture along with the blueberries. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
