Quarkinis – Quark pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 60 g cream cheese or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 25 g wheat flour type 405, alternatively spelt flour 630 or wholemeal flour
  • 1 egg(s), size L
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, then fry in a pan with neutral oil until golden brown on both sides. Makes 4 small pancakes. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Perfect as a breakfast addition with (Greek) yogurt, berries, fruit, etc.
