Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 60 g cream cheese or sour cream
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 25 g wheat flour type 405, alternatively spelt flour 630 or wholemeal flour
- 1 egg(s), size L
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple and vegetarian
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, then fry in a pan with neutral oil until golden brown on both sides. Makes 4 small pancakes. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Perfect as a breakfast addition with (Greek) yogurt, berries, fruit, etc.
