Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g bacon, diced
- possibly oil or fat
- 400 g beef, shredded
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 dl water or broth
- salt and pepper
- 4 tomatoes (pelati)
- possibly mushrooms
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- possibly Pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the bacon cubes until translucent, remove. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the shredded beef over high heat, add the chopped onion, and add it. Immediately reduce the heat to low, stirring constantly. Sprinkle the flour over the pan and mix. Deglaze with water or stock. Season, add the bacon cubes, and simmer covered over low heat for 30-40 minutes. Peel and slice the tomatoes, if desired, and add them to the pan for the last 15 minutes. Tip: Add sliced mushrooms or finely chopped paprika, if desired.
