Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g zucchini
- 100 g feta cheese
- 500 g sliced meat of your choice (poultry or pork)
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 cup of cream
- 150 g herb cream cheese
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onions and slice them into half rings, and quarter the zucchini. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces. Drain the corn and peas. Brown the strips in a pan. Then add the vegetables and cook briefly. Season with paprika, pepper, and garlic granules. Melt the cream cheese in the pan and deglaze with cream. Let everything simmer briefly. Serve with rice.
