Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg meat, shredded (pork, beef or game)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 300 g oyster mushrooms
  • 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 3 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 150g mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Drizzle the minced meat with lemon juice and season well with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meat until well browned. Remove from the pan and place on a plate lined with kitchen paper (this will absorb the fat). Chop the onions and garlic and add them to the oil in which the meat was fried. While the onions and garlic are frying until translucent, chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Once the water from the mushrooms has evaporated, stir the crème fraîche and cream into the pan. Let everything simmer for a bit and season with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the wine into the pan. Place the minced meat in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and spread over the dish. Place in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until the mozzarella has browned, and then serve. Rosemary potatoes or rice go well as a side dish. I recommend a dry white wine with it.
