Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 8 pork schnitzels or turkey schnitzels
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g Gorgonzola, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the schnitzel into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and sear. Remove from the pan. Add the finely chopped spring onions and sauté briefly. Deglaze with cream and stock and bring to a boil. Add the cherry tomatoes and the finely chopped Gorgonzola to the sauce. Once the cheese has melted, add the meat back in. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Bring back to a boil and serve. I cooked colorful tagliatelle pasta and garnished the dish with basil.
