Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms (alternatively one can)
  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • butter
  • 1 can asparagus – sections
  • ⅛ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the shredded meat in batches and season to taste. Drain the asparagus, reserving the juices, and add water to make 1/4 liter of liquid. Pour this liquid into the meat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk together the cream and flour and stir in. Bring to a boil. Dice the Gouda cheese and stir in the mushrooms and asparagus. Bring everything to a boil and season to taste. This goes very well with rice.
