Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s), turkey breast fillet
- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 ml white wine
- 400 ml milk
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs, reduced fat
- olive oil
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- possibly onion(s) and herbs
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, cut the meat into small cubes. Then, clean and quarter the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. A little later, add the mushrooms and cook. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then deglaze with the white wine (or water). Add the milk and bring to a boil. Then add cream cheese and let it simmer a little longer. If desired, you can also sauté onions and add fresh herbs. Rice is best served with this dish.
