Sliced meat with Mushrooms and Noodles
The perfect sliced meat with mushrooms and noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 Onion red
- 1 Pear red
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 150 g Pasta (spirelli)
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 200 g Beef fillet
- 200 g Vegetable broth
- 150 g Goat cream
- 1 tsp Sugar brown
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 6 Stems Parsley
- Cut the beef fillet into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Sear the meat all over, season with salt and pepper and remove.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Thaw spinach. Peel the onion and chop coarsely. Halve, quarter, core and cut into thin slices, mix with lemon juice. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices.
- 2 Tbsp oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms. Add onions and pears, fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar. Add the stock and simmer for 2 minutes. Squeeze out the spinach well, add to the pan with the goat cream and simmer covered for another 3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, collecting 100 ml of the cooking water. Put the meat and pasta in the pan and mix in. If necessary, add a little pasta water, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and roughly chop. Arrange sliced meat with mushrooms and noodles on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
