Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork schnitzel
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 can pineapple pieces (245 g)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 package sauce (pan cream)
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Rinse the meat, pat dry, and cut into strips. Peel and wash the onions and cut into pieces. Clean the mushrooms, halving them if necessary. Drain the pineapple and reserving the juice. Brown the meat in batches in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Season with salt and pepper, and remove. Brown the mushrooms in the remaining hot oil and season. Deglaze with wine and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Add the cream, pineapple pieces, and meat, and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. A good side dish is spaetzle, for example. Per serving: approx. 470 calories, 26 g protein, 32 g fat, 17 g carbohydrates.
