  • 100 g bulgur
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 sprigs of oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With oregano

1. Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic clove and sauté in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and tomato paste for 2 minutes. Stir in the bulgur and season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. 2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips. Finely dice the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and fry the meat until golden brown. 3. Mix the heavy cream, sour cream, and oregano leaves. Stir into the meat along with the onions, heat briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the bulgur. Per serving: 42 g protein, 42 g fat, 40 g carbohydrates = 736 kcal (3083 kJ)
