Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 100 g pesto, green
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Combine the minced meat with pesto, egg yolk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Then form cevapcici into rolls weighing approximately 20-35 g and place them on a flat plate. Let the meat rolls rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. After cooling, fry the cevapcici in a pan with a little fat until golden brown. They are best served with rice or potatoes and a dollop of crème fraîche.
