Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Turkey schnitzel
  • 300 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 glass White wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves, chop the turkey escalope and place in a sealable bowl with the garlic, oil and spices and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  • Frown the turkey meat in the marinade, add the mushrooms, cook for about 5 minutes, deglaze with the cream and white wine, simmer for another 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and serve with bread or rice
