Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey schnitzel
- 300 g Mixed mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 glass White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves, chop the turkey escalope and place in a sealable bowl with the garlic, oil and spices and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- Frown the turkey meat in the marinade, add the mushrooms, cook for about 5 minutes, deglaze with the cream and white wine, simmer for another 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and serve with bread or rice
