  1. Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes and sweat in 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan until translucent. Top up with the broth, stir in the Italian pasta spice and let it steep for about 1-2 minutes. Add the cream.
  2. Wake the turkey schnitzel, pat dry, cut into fine strips and fry all over in a pan with 1 tbsp oil over a mild heat. Take out and set aside. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, fry them in the remaining frying fat and season with salt.
  3. Add the turkey meat to the mushrooms, add the cream sauce. Mix everything and let it simmer a little. Mix in the freshly chopped parsley. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Arrange in preheated pasta plates and sprinkle with parsley.
