Sliced turkey in Fine Cream Sauce

- 1 Onion
- Oil
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1,5 tbsp Italian pasta seasoning
- 2 a cup Cream
- 1 great Turkey schnitzel
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- Salt
- 500 g Pasta e.g. linguini
- Freshly chopped parsley
- Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes and sweat in 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan until translucent. Top up with the broth, stir in the Italian pasta spice and let it steep for about 1-2 minutes. Add the cream.
- Wake the turkey schnitzel, pat dry, cut into fine strips and fry all over in a pan with 1 tbsp oil over a mild heat. Take out and set aside. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, fry them in the remaining frying fat and season with salt.
- Add the turkey meat to the mushrooms, add the cream sauce. Mix everything and let it simmer a little. Mix in the freshly chopped parsley. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Arrange in preheated pasta plates and sprinkle with parsley.
