White Cabbage Stew with Soup Meat

  • 500 g Beef soup meat
  • 1 head White cabbage
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 5 Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 El Caraway seeds
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 8 Allspice grains
  • Dried marjoram
  • Chili powder
  1. Boil the beef in a large saucepan in plenty of salted water with the bay leaf and allspice for about 60 minutes.
