Small chocolate cake with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 50 g chocolate, baking solid, in small pieces
  • 250 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

also possible with cherries, raspberries or other fruits

Beat the sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs until frothy. Stir in the oil and sour cream. Combine the flour with the pudding powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips and stir into the beaten egg mixture. Pour the batter into a prepared small round or square springform pan, scatter the berries on top, and press down lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test and increase the baking time if necessary.
